Low FODMAP chimichurri sauce
10 Minutes • Gluten-free • Low FODMAP • Makes 1 cup • Delicious, tangy, smooth chimichurri goes perfectly with grilled meat or vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon chopped green onion (green part only)
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Serve with your favorite grilled meat or veggies.
